Skilling & Professional Education

According to McKinsey & Company, a large majority of companies worldwide (87%) are aware of the fact that they already have or will have a lack of skilled workers within a few years.

According to the World Economic Forum (WEF), more than half of all employees around the world need to upskill or reskill themselves by 2025 to embrace new responsibilities driven by automation and new technologies, . The availability of candidates who are willing and able to make this transition may not always be ‘home grown’ and more and more employers are having to adapt their manpower and succession plans to capture the talent from overseas.
